LatinArobics is the fusion of modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of LatinArobics is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate. No partner is required and participants don't have to have any dance experience.
