Cataract Surgery San Diego
read moreCataract surgery may also be considered a vision correction procedure. New lens implants developed for cataract surgery can partially restore a person's near vision, in addition to correcting nearsightedness and farsightedness. These lenses, called multifocal IOLs or accommodating IOLs, currently are being used by many cataract surgeons, with excellent results. We proudly partner with NVISION Eye Centers for all of our vision correction procedures. Their industry leading surgeons are excellent at finding the best solution for your specific needs.
Cataracts San Diego
read moreCataracts are the most common cause of vision loss in people over age 40, and are the principal cause of blindness in the world. As we age, our natural lenses lose their clarity and result in cloudy vision, often resulting in glare, difficulty seeing at night and problems reading fine print. Cataract surgery should be considered only when they have progressed enough to significantly impair your vision and affect your daily activities. Cataract surgery is a relatively simple, painless procedure and is very successful in restoring vision.
