Sam Ausmus III started the corporation currently known as Integrated Property Management Software. Over twenty years ago in Pasadena, Texas - a short 20 minute drive South of Houston. Still situated in Pasadena, the firm is now a leading developer of accounting, property management and compliance products. We maintain full time Compliance Associates who supply our Development and Client Care teams with bi-monthly certification updates in addition to alerting the teams about upcoming changes that impact our programs and customers.
