IRIS Inspections is a locally owner and operated complete service Home Inspection service. Began in January 2001 by Neil Cohen. Neil is a graduate of ITA (Kaplan) Home Inspection Academy in Tampa, FL. IRIS is licensed, bonded and insured and has performed over 4000 Inspections since it's inception. We're not a franchise and we don't answer to or work for anyone but YOU! We work for you!
