Jacksons Food Stores. Headquartered in Meridian, Idaho, was established in Caldwell, Idaho in 1975 as a single service station. Jacksons has expanded to be a nationally recognized chain of over 150 Chevron/Texaco/Shell branded convenience stores and 8 Quick Serve Restaurants in four western states. Currently, Jacksons Food Stores is a franchisee of Taco Time, Subway, A & W and Moxie Java. All firm operations currently employ approx. 1200 associates.
