Dr. Singer graduated from Georgia Tech with highest honors in 1974, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree. He was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1978. In addition, he completed two years of post-doctoral training at Fairleigh Dickinson University, receiving his certificate as an Orthodontic Specialist in 1980.
