The year was 1964, forty-one years ago when our firm, Arko Telephone and Communications was established in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our firm was a Manufacturer's Representative for General Electric Company, Mobile Communications Division. In September of 1991, Arko Telephone of Fort Smith changed its name to Arko Communications and then, in 1995 due to our growth and the fact that we were now extending our services into other outlying communities, we had chosen to change our name to Clear Communications.
