Jefferson Community Health Center

Jefferson Community Healthcare Centers (JCHC) a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a non-profit organization founded for the delivery of healthcare to the impoverished, uninsured, and underinsured residents in and around Jefferson Parish. JCHC started its operations 2004, with their primary location at 4028 U. S. Hwy. 90, in Avondale, LA. In response to the need for healthcare, JCHCC expanded its service sites to now include 3 locations: Marrero, River Ridge, and Avondale, LA.
