Jimmy Carter was on his way to becoming president, NASA unveiled its first space shuttle, Taxi Driver and Rocky were box office hits, and artists like Elton John and Queen were at the height of their careers. That same year, John Ostlund began an agency of one, with just one account, and an office in the back of a waterbed warehouse. It wasn't long before business got rolling, and within a few years, John hired his bank teller, Wendy Hill (now, JSA's CFO), to handle finances.
