Why couldn't I get connected yesterday morning? On Thursday, 9/11/08, at approximately 5 AM jellico.com, S data line went down. Basically our data line is our connection to the Internet. We turned in a trouble ticket and by noon it was fixed. We had assumed all morning that this was an isolated problem with our line, but later came to discover that there were significant outages all over the local area: i.e. Credit card terminals weren't working, etc. We do not know yet what the cause of the outage might have been, maybe a fiber cut somewhere. We do apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
