Be kind to yourself. What do I mean by that? Seeking counseling is a way to tend to one's own body, spirit and mind. Sharing issues, dilemmas and problems with a trusted counselor can ease one's mind, aid a person to see self-defeating behaviors and supply opportunities for one's own growth. As a well trained therapist I see my role as a helper and guide who can supply a compassionate, objective viewpoint to my customers. I believe in helping people become self-reliant, self-empowered, responsible and accountable.
