You will be paid direct from this account and we will prepare an income and expenditure account which you can send to the Internal Revenue. We collect a deposit from the tenant to safeguard against damage. At the end of the tenancy we will inspect the property and the costs of any work attributed to the tenant will be deducted from the deposit. We will prepare a legal agreement under current legislation to suit your particular circumstances.

For a month-to-month contract, a minimum 30-day written notice is required by law unless both parties agree to a lesser time frame, provided it is not less than 7 days. If your tenancy has been one year or more, the landlord is required to give you a 60-day notice but you can give a landlord a 30-day notice to vacate. Notice must be in writing. The time frame starts the day after notice is received. John L. Scott Property Management's definition of clean and wear and tear is final.
