With over 6 years of professional headshot photography experience under my belt, I understand how to create headshots that are effective in not only communicating the direction youre aiming for, but also effective in getting the results you want.So what makes shooting with me so special? Incredible photographer
Jamiya is not only an incredible photographer but made the photoshoot fun, easy, and relaxed. I had a blast taking photos with him and the photos he took are proof of that! I had so many good photos it took me over a week to decide (even though he very professionally got them to me very quickly). I can not recommend him and his work enough! Value for Money

PHENOMENAL
I searched for a headshot photographer in NYC for almost a year, almost gave up! By chance I found Jamiya (JW Headshots) From the first email I sent Jamiya responded immediately! Answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed. The shoot could not have gone any smoother shots were so PHENOMENAL!! I couldn't even choose. I sent him a list of almost 80 of my favorites and he responded with a full breakdown of all of his favorites why he liked them and what message they send. FULL SERVICE ALL AROUND! I absolutely cannot recommend Jamiya enough his artistic eye and technique is superior. To top it all off Jamiya is just a cool ass dude. Friendly, mellow and very good at communicating, you can't go wrong do yourself a favor and set up your session today, it's well worth the money! Value for Money

Honestly I have to say these pictures for the first time truly reflect me as an actor and I can say these are my best Headshots yet. Jamiya is a very welcoming person and he easily helps ease your nerves with his charm while bringing your best persona to light! Believe it or not one of my new official headshots chosen from the set was actually the first picture of the day! I was a bit squeamish going to auditions because my previous headshots were not up to date and now with the shots that I got with Jamiya my confidence has soared! I have gotten nothing but compliments and I can see a significant more call in for auditions after I started submitting the headshots by him. I've always wanted to shoot with him being that a couple of my friends have been booking work and all shared that they have had their headshots done by him. I was surprised by how fast he works and how quickly he finishes retouching your selected images! Not only did he have them done so quickly, he does it with such precision and great quality that I had to have him edit 2 more photos! I highly recommend him to everybody I know, and even to those who are reading this! Thank you Jamiya for the photos! I'm originally from Jackson, MS and have been a professional photographer for 14 years. I studied Film at Full Sail University where I received my Bachelor's and recently completed my Masters in Photography at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I moved to NYC 10 years ago and it's been a blast! I'm a perfectionist, love to laugh, and I'm always excited to work with fun and interesting people.
