Life brings many unexpected and sometimes very difficult challenges. Change and transition can be uncomfortable and painful, particularly when it is not what we want or envision. Through this process of self reflection one can explore how to better manage events outside of one's control, learn more adaptive coping skills and find strategies for dealing with distress.
