2004 Graduates of Texas State University, Ricky Brown and Bruce Kalmick were determined to make a legitimate splash in the Entertainment world. After working briefly for Milam and Company in Austin with event production and a very brief stint with an Austin Booking Agency, Bruce confronted life-long friend Ricky Brown, who had worked for a summer with BMG, about starting a booking agency of their own. After a 3 hour meeting and a couple phone calls to the folks, KB Talent was established and running on pure motivation to succeed.
