KCT Consultants

The founding partners of KCT started working as a staff in the early 1980's. In 1997 they joined together to form KCT Consultants in Riverside, California to cover the Civil Engineering requirements of Southern California. Daniel Kipper chose the motto Quality People Providing Quality Professional Services to Quality Clients to supply inspiration and direction for the new firm. Since its inception, KCT has offered civil engineering, planning and surveying solutions to a multitude of projects in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and San Diego Counties in Southern California.
