About Us

He graduated in 1977 from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in business management and minored in education, as well as receiving his teaching credential. While a product manager / contracts negotiator for NCR Corporation and National Semiconductor Corporation he also taught college. In 1987 he established Kipper Insurance Agency known today as KIAC Inc., dba: KIAC Insurance Agency.
