At Kids In Motion, we supply a supervised environment that nevertheless evokes those same feelings of fun; feelings you want your own children to experience. The kids who attend our program enjoy the flexibility we provide; we encourage group activities while allowing the kids to pursue their personal interests. The activities we provide include homework aid, soccer, kickball, capture-the-flag, arts & crafts, cooking, board games, riding bicycles & scooters, playground time, and exploring the creek.

read moreKids In Motion is a State Licensed (#010211875), school-age child care program. The program started in 1989 and continues to serve John Muir Elementary School and others throughout the surrounding community. As a recreational program we do homework daily before we play. Our student to staff ratio is usually between 9:1 and 12:1. As a licensed program our staff is required to have 12 units or a minimum of 6 units along with ongoing study.
Kids In Motion
read moreKids In Motion Summer Camp runs from June 17 through August 27. We will be open 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except July 4 and 5 (closed for Independence Day). We will go swimming at Strawberry Canyon every Tuesday and Thursday. We will leave Kids In Motion at 12:45 PM and walk 1.5 miles to the pool. Everyone is out of the pool and dressed for snack at 3:30 PM and we head back to Kids In Motion at 3:45 PM, arriving around 4:30 PM. The entrance fee for the pool is $3 (cash is preferred).
