GAR started in 1977 with 4, 300 sq. Ft of space. Five locations later, we're proud to continue serving the Rockford community with our 40, 000 sq. Ft. Of fun! Since we opened our doors, GAR has been family owned & operated. Whether you are searching for recreational classes or a competitive program, GAR is the place for you. GAR coaching team has produced over 500 Local and State Champions, 300 Regional Champions, 100 National Champions and 18 World Champions. We encourage and support all athletes to gain their own individual goals.

We are very excited about this new and exciting, systematic approach to our little stars, girls and boys gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, parkour and GAR's Ninja Training. This program was developed by our staff and unique to GAR. The system provides a true Systematic approach to learning, progressing and monitoring student progress through any of the recreational programs at GAR Rockford, GAR North and GAR South.

Girls Gymnastics is the traditional women's Olympic events. GAR's state-of-the-art training facility provides each student with a positive, progressive, and fun approach to learning gymnastics. This is a success-oriented program designed to develop the individual, as well as the gymnast. A special invite program where we will prepare the athlete for team competitions.
