KPI Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2007 to expand capabilities and enhance design services delivery. The ownership team created KPI Services in 2017 to address specific client needs as they were unable to find effective ongoing maintenance and service companies in the area. This further enhanced the KPI brands ability to provide full life cycle (from planning to operation) services to clients. Together, the companies continue to serve long standing clients and continue to add new ones every day.
