After graduating from Oregon State University in 2014, Nelson began his career in public accounting in Portland where he spent two years working for Moss Adams, primarily in the Assurance Department, working with a variety of industry groups, including Financial Institutions, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Health Care. Nelson grew up on a farm outside of Silverton, where he spent his summers and after school hours working to earn money for college.

read moreBeau Glitschka joined Kuenzi & Company in January 2018 after graduating from Corban University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Prior to starting his career, Beau completed an accounting internship for both the Oregon Secretary of State Division of Audits and Acumen Financial, giving him experience in audit and taxation. Beau moved to Salem in 2012 and plans to call Oregon his home for many years. Two of his favorite pastimes are discovering new restaurants and hiking trails, things the Northwest offers in great abundance.

Upon graduation, he began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, an international accounting firm, in Portland, Oregon. He joined Kuenzi & Company in August 2000. Aden's passion is in helping clients pursue their dreams, whether profit, attainment of an organizational mission, or personal growth. One of his goals is helping clients understand and use financial information in a way that is meaningful to them.

Prior to joining our firm, Kyla worked in Marketing & Communications for a Salem area grass seed company. Kyla has attended both Chemeketa Community College and Oregon State University and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. Born and raised in Salem, Kyla currently resides in Mount Angel with her husband, Kevin, and 2 children, Allison and Andrew.

He is currently a staff accountant at our firm and plans to start studying for his CPA license within the next year. Noah grew up in Canby, Oregon and has lived there for most of his life. In his free time, he enjoys sports, board games, and spending time with his friends and family. He played many sports during his Canby career including football, baseball, track, tennis, lacrosse, and basketball.
