Established in 2004, KWM Construction was incorporated by Kenneth and Susan McClain with the main purpose of building condominiums. Since its inception in 2004 KWM has completed a $12 million project, the Dunedin Grand Condominiums, see www.dunedingrand.com) and a $650, 000 domestic project in 2007/ 2008. KWM was not only the general contractor for the Dunedin Grand, but took an active role in developing the plans, procuring the necessary variances, handling the permitting and interceding for the owner over all the engineering issues.
