All ophthalmologists have some training in kids's eye problems, but pediatric ophthalmologists have had additional training and practice in examining kids and caring for their eye problems. We know how to examine and treat kids in a way that assists to make them relaxed and cooperative. Our office is designed with kids in mind. Our waiting room has cartoons playing, toys and reading materials for kids. This assists create a comfortable and non-threatening environment for your child.
