In 1987, Carlos Rodriguez, President and CEO of La Cazuela, found a need for a new style of Mexican restaurant. It would be a family Mexican restaurant with a very festive atmosphere. Along with an attractive environment, the food would be the freshest and finest tasting every time. This service would have to fit a family's budget. Most importantly, the overall focus would consistent performance, not gimmickry.
