Lafayette Center For Yoga

The LafayetteCenter for Yoga is the only location in Lafayette dedicated exclusively to the practice of Hatha Yoga. Lydia, ERYT and Michael, RYT are Registered Teachers with Yoga Alliance and founded the center in 2006. Lydia offers Certified Yoga Teacher Training and Workshops, one of the few schools in Louisiana registered with Yoga Alliance. They bring an exceptional approach to teaching and practicing Hatha Yoga to Acadiana.
