Extensive programs are offered in back rehabilitations, which also include pre and post surgical training programs and work hardening. Lumbar and stabilization concepts are typically emphasized and instruction in home programs are done to meet specific individual conditions. Instruction in "Self Help Programs" patterned after the Stanford University and U.C.S.F programs are also offered for the arthritis patient.
