Laudone & Associates. Is both a tiny business concern and a woman owned business set up in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Barbara Laudone, MAI, SRA is the president of Laudone & Associates. And holds both the MAI and SRA designations, and a General State Certification in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our appraisers have been performing both domestic and commercial appraisals since 1984. Through the years our company has expanded to a 12-person team which includes 6 General Certified Real Estate Appraisers and 2 Residential Certified Appraisers.
