The most important decision you need to make is what will be sold and what will not be sold. Once you determine that you can leave the rest to us. We do the sorting, cleaning, displaying, and pricing of all merchandise. We do a general clean-up of the whole household. Once the sale is complete another general cleaning is done to ready the property for sale or rental. Pictures are taken and copies are ready to customers after the sale. Sorting of items to be sold is finest left to us, as our experience enables us to determine what is saleable and what is not. We sell almost anything that is saleable including furniture, household items, antiques, collectibles, clothing, tools, basement and garage items, appliances, cars, boats, etc. Our track record is 85 to 90% sales of total items in our Estate Sales.
