Medium and tiny-sized privately held business owners have a range of financing requirements. They may need to borrow money for the acquisition of new equipment, to remain competitive or to grow their business. Fixtures, signage and HVAC may be considered for financing. Leasehold improvements may be bundled into a financing transaction as determined by the credit quality of the business and its principals. Business equipment financing is typically provided for a maximum of 5 years, although longer terms may be possible.
