Our projects achieved on average a 47% predicted Energy Use Intensity (EUI) reduction and a 59% reduction in lighting power density. This means that Legat-designed projects consume less energy and create more savings than the national average. Legat's involvement in this program stems back to 2009, when we became one of the first 80 US firms to sign the AIA 2030 Commitment.
