Lehigh Valley Yoga started as a tiny Ashtanga yoga studio established by Erica McHugh as Alive and Kicking in April of 1998. She followed her instincts when she found Ashtanga and since then we've expanded to include an expanded class schedule, new teachers, additional yoga styles and educational yoga products.
