read moreA trained mental health professional is available by appointment to assist community members who have experienced trauma, addiction, gender dysphoria, and anything else related to mental health. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling in English and Spanish. Monday through Friday 11 am - 5 pm. Open, peer support group for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing one or more mental health diagnoses. Topics include mental health issues, safety planning, coping skills, and survivorship. Meets every Wednesday from 4-5:30pm.

They provide guidance, governance, and key fundraising support to help build and strengthen Milwaukee's LGBTQ community.

read moreBe the first point of contact for our community by greeting center participants and visitors, answer phones, and proving information about the center. General assistance with ongoing events including advanced planning, staffing, marketing/recruiting and more. We are always looking for Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and other creative folks to help with various projects. And still today, the Center strives to further develop our vibrant community through thoughtful leadership, community building, and strong partnerships. Some of its most solid partnerships are with the LGBT organizations that are also tenants of the Center. Since 1920, the ACLU has been the nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country.
