This gives us a wide range of tools to use during each lesson. Our goal is to help you become more in touch with your body and to develop the skills to use it to its fullest potential. There is no cookie cutter layout that will suit everyone, therefore we customize as much as needed. Someone who is wishing to recuperate from an injury will need different exercises than someone who is wanting to prepare for a marathon or an important competition.

read moreLife Pilates offers private sessions, duet sessions, Mat, Reformer and Tower classes. Class size is limited, allowing a more personal experience and deeper understanding of your body and how to facilitate the Pilates method. Prenatal and postnatal classes can be scheduled upon request. The monthly Mat membership is a six-month contract and requires teacher approval to become a member. You may attend your first 3 classes for a discount of 40% off the drop-in price of $20 prior to committing to the membership and getting teacher approval.
