Lochmoor Investigations

John D. Waugh is the founding member of Lochmoor Investigations, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a retired FBI Special Agent, who specialized primarily in white collar crime investigations during his thirty years career. While in the FBI, he was assigned to Pittsburgh, PA, Detroit, MI, and finally to Phoenix, Arizona, where he retired. Upon his retirement from the FBI, he was appointed by Governor Jane D. Hull to a position on the five member Arizona Board of Executive Clemency, where he served for two years.
