Earnings are used to increase your credit union's equity, or are passed along to members in the form of higher savings yields, lower loan rates, new services and improved reserves. What's more, as an owner you have a say in enhancing LFCU's products and services and electing the Board of Directors. All of which makes LFCU as nice an idea as it was in 1937. Possibly better.
