David was the technician who promptly arrived to where my car was and he got my keys made immediately. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it well. This company has the newest and most innovative technology for key making. I was amazed at how the keys are made. I learned a lot! David was not only efficient, but he was very trustworthy and kind! We'll definitely return to this place the next time we need help. Good, quality stuff - strong hand shakes, eye contact, and even key fobs at lower prices than the other places we called. They're mobile, so you can't go to a shop, but he arrived at our home within 45 minutes of us calling, and he was done with 2 replacement fobs in 20 minutes. (No extra fee for his traveling to us.)

I needed a new key made on a locked out car. Ori came out super fast. He unlocked the car and made a new key in less than 15 minutes. He even jumped the car since the battery had lost charge. The price was great and the service was superb. I'll be keeping their phone number in my phone for my next bonehead mistake.

These guys are amazing. I needed a new Porsche key FOB and they sourced the new part and did the coding in record time. I have used them twice in 3 years with great service both times so I highly recommend them.

Great company. Ori was efficient and professional and got me a brand new key in 15 mins laser cut and programmed for my 2009 Smart Fortwo. Mercedes dealership said only they could do it and it was $300 a key and you had to go back twice to get it. Lockology came to me same day and had it done fast for over 25% cheaper than the dealership. Thanks again!

Amazing fast people. If you're looking for a replacement key for any euro cars this is the place to call. They respond quick to your calls and try to get to you as soon as possible. I got a replacement key for my 2003 m3 for half the price the dealer quoted me they also program the key for you.

Lost my keys, the dealer was asking twice as much plus I have to tow my car. Called this lockology locksmith, made appointment for same day. The locksmith technician Griffin kept me up to date where he was and came on time. Griffin was super nice, very knowledgeable and within 10 minutes saved my day. Excellent customer service! I saved money on the work and plus i didn't need to tow the car. Thanks again!

I managed to lose my keys to an old Mercedes today and looked all over the facility & even went through the dumpster with no luck. After all failed I sat down and called multiple locksmiths who got my hopes up about being able to make an ignition key however after waiting on a call back I was able to get a hold of this company who came out on such short notice and go the job done when no other company was able to other then he dealer ship but since its the weekend it'd be like spending the weekend in jail waiting on the judge to see you. I am very thankful for the fast and friendly efficient service provided here today. Very thankful!

High recommend. My car wouldn't start due to the key not turning in the ignition. I called a few places and left messages, some didn't call back, and places said I had to bring in the ignition for them to look at. Lockology had availability to fit me in on the day of and were able to send out their car to meet me. The technician was friendly and explained the situation and what his estimate was.
The work must have been a towards the larger end of the estimate as after a couple hours and he called another person to help out. In spite of all that the out the door price was reasonable (at the dealership they couldn't give me a clear diagnosis, and their estimate to fix was serval times larger than what I paid) and still finished within the larger estimate of time he gave.
This allowed me to still make dinner with the in-laws. At the end of the service the technician went over the repairs, talked about the warranty policy, and how to get back in touch with him in a thorough and friendly way. Definitely would recommend and work again with Lockology.

A couple of days ago I lost my keys and was completely locked out of my car in Oakland! Frantically, I started calling around because I had to get to work. Thank God for Lockology Locksmith! I called and spoke with a gentleman that told me they were mobile and could send someone within the hour to make a new key for me. The guy arrived, made my key and was done in under an hour! This locksmith was not only a lifesaver but quick, personable and helpful!
