With 4 team members. 2004: Awarded a grant from the Bureau of Primary Health Care and designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)2009: We now have 50 full-time & part-time team members (17 licensed providers, 13 clinical support team and 10 administrative team) two clinics and six satellite clinics.
