Jesse Fisher of Lucid Make-Up Artistry is a freelance professional make-up artist currently providing her services in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, and throughout the Northeast. After graduating from Shepherd University with a BA in Mass Communication, she moved to Europe. During her time living and traveling abroad she experienced diverse blends of art and culture. This unique experience has helped form her artistic creativity and vision as a make-up artist.
