Luxtom Homes is a construction builder and contractor. We provide residential and commercial building and remodeling services to the Puget Sound area. Organized in 2006, we are a Western Washington company that specializes in residential construction. The Luxtom Team provides its clients the option of custom new construction - or - a custom remodeled home. Both options are available to customers within their prescribed price range.

We work with the client to search for and locate a buildable lot in the area the desire to live.
Once the lot is located, the buyer and Luxtom home agrees on, contract price for the new home and Luxtom home uses the line.
The client and our staff work together in conjunction with several design consultations (choosing cabinets, paint, flooring, etc.)
Our team works with Luxtom Construction, LLC could build the custom home.
Upon completion Luxtom homes sells the home to the client for the predetermined price this option is fantastic for qualified clients because they do not need to come out of pocket for a newly built custom home. The client finances the home all at once with a conventional homeowner the end. Waiting lists apply. This service model is entirely unique to Luxtom Homes and is not practiced by any other Tacoma builders.

read moreI would like to thank Luxtom Homes and David Kang for the beautiful work they did on our home. We had a siding failure and needed help. The crew from Luxtom showed up and not only replaced the siding but fixed a couple of other issues that we were not aware of. They did not have to fix these issues and it did not change the bid price. David simply said "This is the right thing to do". There are not enough people like David and his crew around. They worked very hard (sometimes in very nasty weather)to complete their work and never "cut corners" to save time or material. I would highly recommend Luxtom Homes and will use them again in the future. Luxtom Homes also built a very beautiful home for my daughter and her family.

Prior to joining Luxtom's team, Mark oversaw his own personal real property law practice, providing counsel on residential and commercial transactions as well as related litigation. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Karolina, and his dog, Annapurna. You may also find him golfing, skiing, and playing tennis.

Vice President Of Marketing And Salesread moreCharles is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Luxtom Homes, LLC. He attended Cal State University, Fullerton earning a degree in Advertising and Communications. He operated both the school newspaper and magazine, which had positive business growth and recognition. Leaving college he managed Enterprise Rent a car where he maintained the highest sales and customer service satisfaction rating in the region. Prior to joining Luxtoms team Charles operated his own business Blu Room Advertising where business has continued to thrive. He also managed Fircrest Golf Club and apparently found the right balance as he surpassed service expectations and increased sales for past five years.
When hes not working he enjoys his twin boys first then other activities including: snowboarding, hiking, camping, golfing, dirt bikes, fishing, hunting, cards, photography, and dabbling with improvements in/out of the house.
