I was one of those lucky boat people who safely immigrated over to the States with my large extended family when I was four. As a kid, I remember warm days of swimming, biking, and playing made-up games with my cousins. I received my Masters in Education and taught for three years before taking the leap into photography and although I miss the children, I absolutely LOVE what i am doing now and have no regrets! My husband Drew & I met freshman year in college. We were friends then and well after college before I realized what a great husband he would be (and he is! We tied the knot in April 2004.
