M. Nora. Oates

The pediatricians at Hales Pediatrics supply medical care for infants, kids, and adolescents-from birth through the college years. This care includes treatment of ill kids, preventive and health maintenance care for well kids, and counsel and maintenance to our patients' families and caregivers. Dr. Stephen Hales has practiced pediatrics in New Orleans since 1978, until 1999 as a solo pediatrician. Dr. Oates, Dr. Milvid, and Dr. Gorman have been wonderful additions to Hales Pediatrics, each working about half time to allow time for their young families.
