So many people ask me how I stay so focused on my program. Well the answer is 'it's easy' It's easy when you're joyful for the new experiences, the new Friends, but most of all, the new outlook on life! A little over two and a half years ago my doctors told me 'you must have gastric bypass surgery' I had major heart issues, borderline diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, excruciating joint pain and many other issues that come along with extreme obesity. I've lost 172 pounds; over one hundred inches and I feel like i am having the time of my life. Doing things I never believed I'd ever get to do.
