I have over three decades of well specialized experience as an environmental professional with the last 5 years focusing on the permitting, delineation, and mitigation of linear transportation projects. My expertise includes permits, wetlands delineation, wetlands design, and mitigation for projects on major Kansas highways including interstate 60, US 50, US 36, and US 24. These projects have given me environmental accomplishments in all regions of the state of Kansas. Designed and developed the 1st marshes for the McPherson Valley Wetlands in 1990 in Kansas.

Instrumental in the formation and development of "The Friends of Maxwell" constituent support group for Maxwell Wildlife Refuge. Made the initial contact and facilitated the transfer of elk from Maxwell Wildlife Refuge to the State of Kentucky for the establishment of a free-roaming herd in that state.
