Norma is originally from Pittsburgh and has been a practicing massage therapist and certified yoga instructor since 2001. She is a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy in Hackensack, New Jersey and has completed over 1200 hours of massage therapy training. Her skills include massage for relaxation, pain relief, deep tissue massage, therapeutic and medical massage, sports, hot stone, and prenatal massage therapies.
