Maximum Artist Creative Services was set up in August 2005 when Cherylann Stephens, former manager of Next Models and Wilhelmina Models in Los Angeles, and Mitchell Solarek, former owner of Mitchell Agency in San Francisco and Company Management in Los Angeles, were introduced through a mutual customer. They saw the need in the Nashville market for an agency representing photographers, hair and make-up artists and wardrobe designer/stylists.
