Rances McClure, founder of McClure, REALTORS started her real estate career in 1967. A native Abilenian, what she started as a pastime soon grew into a complete time career and a corporation. Frances has served the real estate community in many ways. She became a member of the Abilene Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS in 1968 and has served that organization as president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and a member of the board of directors as well as chairman of most of the chapter's committees. She was named Women's Council of REALTORS Woman of the Year for 1987.
