By law, dental services can only be provided by veterinarians or trained technicians under supervision of a veterinarian. Anesthesia-free dental cleanings are often performed by individuals untrained in veterinary dental techniques.

This includes monitoring your pet's vital signs with the latest in monitoring equipment. Prior to anesthetizing a patient, we do a complete physical examination and recommend that we do pre-anesthetic blood testing, to identify any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your pet's health. During all anesthetic procedures, a technician closely monitors the patient's vital signs at all times (such as body temperature, heart rate, respiration and other important factors), using the most up-to-date equipment, including Doppler blood pressure, pulse oximetry and other cardiac monitoring equipment.
