Here at McKool Natural Medicine & Chiropractic Center I will look at your health as a complete - mental, emotional, physical & spiritual health. I think of these as the 4 pieces to the health pie. By mental health I mean things like time management, budget, career, goal setting, schooling, our purpose in life - do we even know why we get out of bed each morning! The emotional health are things like joy, peace, love, kindness, patience etc. As opposed to things like fear, anger, bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness.
