First, make sure that you're keeping up-to-date backups at all times on an external drive and/or a cloud service. Next, bring your backup on by and we'll take care of the rest. Don't have a backup? Depending on the state of the drive, we may be able to recover the data. We charge a sliding scale based upon the amount of data to transfer and the severity of data loss. Accidentally deleted your tax information, or some other valuable files?

Metro Computerworks is proud to offer remote support via remote control software, so we may connect to your computer long-distance. Sessions are $100/hr - half-hour minimum.
