I used Metro Link Sedans for the first time last week. My elderly (90 years old) parents were traveling from Charleston, SC to Jackson, MI. I called and told them my parents were both in wheel chairs and that they would need assistance once they landed in Detroit. They told me not to worry that they would handle everything. They even called me to tell me that they were at baggage claim waiting for my parents to arrive and then called me again to let me know that they had my parents had arrived safely and that they were in the car and they were on their way to Jackson.
My parents said that their driver was excellent. He was kind and courteous and a very safe driver! Thank you for taking such good care of my parents and making everything such a wonderful and hassle-free experience! We will definitely use your car service again!

The overall service was good. I had a round trip while in Detroit and metro Detroit. The customer service was great the only disappointment especial with being picked up from the Airport in late evening 11:30pm for the 1st trip was driver not having Water or anything to drink in his car. Second trip being picked up from hotel was the same thing no type of drink, so I made sure I had my own drink in advance.
My round trip cost in total over 300 usd. While in Hawaii with my wife we had a similar limo service and they offer water bottle, or can Coke or Sprite. Other than that everything was good.

Rao was great! This was our first time using this service to the airport. He made the 1.5 hour drive go comfortably and efficiently finding the quickest route. He was so accommodating and helpful when we had questions or requests. Will definitely use them again!

I've been traveling to & from DTW since January. I've never had any issues with them. They are always punctual, polite, & their cars nice & clean. We will continue to use them bc it makes these trips easier for myself & my family.

We (extended family as well) have been using metro link for many years. I typically don't leave many written reviews, but it would be wrong not to in this case. We have never had anything less than exceptional service! They truly go above and beyond! They have gone out of their way for us when we have messed up, missed a flight or made a very last minute request. On top of all that, the car is always clean and comfortable. The drivers are always courteous, prompt, professional yet personable, and understanding! Highly recommend!

I have been traveling with them over the past 4 years and it's always been a great experience. The drivers are very nice and professional. They are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate customers' requests. Their cars are always clean and very comfortable to travel. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limo service.

I recommend Metro Link Sedans - prompt, reliable and a friendly, very courteous, personable driver. Traffic was awful and the driver took the fastest route to the airport to avoid the backup. I will use them again when I visit Detroit.
